I know a lot of people think that when you homeschool, you have to have a special “school” room to learn. Well, we live in Southern California near the beach – where space is at a premium. Our house is pretty little (1300 square feet) for 5 people and a dog. I don’t have an extra room in my house for my homeschool – but that doesn’t stop us from learning! 😉
Paprika has been sick this week, so she’s spent most of her days in bed in pajamas, playing educational games on her iPad.
Is that a homeschool stereotype or what?! Ha!
We go to the park A LOT – so that is also part of our homeschool.
We especially like to incorporate long walks in nature into our days:
We do science experiments around the kitchen table:
Creative projects happen on the living room floor:
Reading happens EVERYWHERE:
Even right outside the bathroom door – ha!:
Last but not least.we have a small office – which also doubles as a laundry room and as a guest bedroom (like I said – small house!)
This is where the girls do a lot of drawing and use the computer for Math, Spanish, online lessons…
And who could forget: Minecraft! Ha! 😉
clomid price mercury drug website I hope this encourages other moms who live in Small Spaces to know that your Homeschool will only be as small as your imagination!
Just because you don’t have a “homeschool room” to go to every day – you can still learn as much as anybody else! I know we do!
