Yesterday, you turned 2 1/2 years old! Here are some of the things you’re up to these days:
You have a BIG personality. Your energy fills up a whole room! You are funny and FUN – in whatever you do, you laugh and your joy is always present. You are a happy person.
You love dressing up with your sisters, and playing with them all day long. You are excited to go anywhere and everywhere. You are always up for an adventure. In everything you do, you have endless excitement. This expression is one we see A LOT – you are always full of joy and wonder:
You are fearless and VERY physically active. You love to climb, run, jump, play – and your energy is non-stop! You love being active – if I don’t take you to the park every single day, you climb the walls of our house…literally!
You love the monkey bars, and can go all the way across (almost) – you’ve been able to do this since before you were 2! You are so strong, I don’t know how you do it! When you first started trying to cross the monkey bars, you fell many times. Each time, you would get up and dust yourself off and try again. You have a lot of determination and you never give up when you want something. I admire that about you!
You have a huge vocabulary, and you’re so happy now that you can say whatever you want to say! I think that was a frustration for you a year ago. I am so glad that now we can understand exactly what you feel and want – it makes life so much easier!
You love to eat ALL food and you are very adventurous. You especially like to sit on my lap and eat MY food. Haha.
Even though you are rough and tumble on the playground, you love to dress up in princess costumes. You are always pretending and playing with your sisters – your imagination is as big as your smile!
You love your family more than anything in the whole world. You are always saying: My Ginger or My Paprika…you love your sisters so much! You are just as much a daddy’s girl as you are a mommy’s girl. You love us all equally, and as long as you’re near one of us, you are happy!
I love you so much! You are the jelly in the peanut butter and jelly sandwich of our family. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be your mom. You are everything, and everything is you…
